I’m sure it may seem tempting to expect registrars to do their own phlebotomy, the author seems stuck in the past. Get the juniors to do it.
Where does it stop? How many necessary bloods will be missed because there isn’t enough time to do their own jobs let alone another’s.
Administer all the meds on the wards to reduce prescribing?
Carry out their own physiotherpy, CBT…..
