Dear Editor,
The components of health justice are multilayered and complex, and further to that persist. Causative factors and those responsible have been identified, named and blamed. Climate reparations have been accepted /agreed upon in principle, but modalities remain to be worked out and finalised. To consider climate reparations as a catalyst for health justice may be realistic but only optimistic, going by the total gamut of the task at hand. The speed for total action need not be slowed down by provisional steps that may mean a lot but are a fraction of the programme that demands being accelerated.
