Non -Eligibility –

1. Candidates having joined Status at the end of Round 2 for MBBS/BDS in both State Quota and AIQ are not eligible.

Eligibility –

2. Registered candidates who did not fill in choices in Round 1.

3. Registered candidates who participated in Round 1 but did not get any seat allotted in round 1.

4. Registered candidates whose seats were allotted in Round 1 got canceled during the document verification due to their invalid/wrong claim on reporting for admission to the selected institute. Still, the candidate is otherwise eligible for selection with a change in the weak/wrong claim. For such candidates, selection during the first round will not be valid, and they will be eligible only for available seats during the second round with a corrected claim.

5. Candidates who reported/joined at the allotted institute during the joining period of round 1 of allotment did not fill out the Status Retention Form.

6. Candidate who did not join the allotted seat during Round 1.

7. Candidate who has joined and resigned up to the last date of joining Round 1.

8. Candidate will have to fill in fresh choices for Round 2. Round-1 choices will be considered null & void.

9. If a candidate is not interested in Round 2, they should not fill preferences for Round 2, and such a candidate who has joined during Round 1 will retain their Round-1 seat.

Eligibility for AIQ –

HSC Passing Marks for eligibility in admission to ASU & H UG Courses should be as per the ASU & H UG regulation and will be followed strictly. The details of Qualifications for different categories are as follows –

1. The candidates must have passed intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination recognized by the concerned State Government and Education Board with the Subject of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually.

2. Minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the qualifying examination in the case of the General Category.

3. 40% Marks in PCB in the case of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes (as per center list).

In respect of the Persons with Disability candidate specified under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2016), the minimum qualifying marks in the said qualifying examination are as follows:

1. Physics, Chemistry, and Biology shall be 45% in the case of the General Category. (for PwD Candidates Only)

2. 40% in Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes. (for PwD Candidates Only).

3. Those candidates who have marked/claimed as a PWD candidate in the Online Application have to Upload/Submit an Original Certificate of Disability at the time of registration as per the format published by the Ayush Admissions Central Council Committee website, namely www.aaccc.gov.in under Counselling Scheme and FAQs and State CET Cell (www.mahacet.org) website. The Certificate should be from the list of 15 Boards, as mentioned. Certificates issued by any other Board/Civil Surgeon WILL NOT be accepted.

NEET Passing Marks for eligibility eligible for admission to the undergraduate course for an academic year, it shall be necessary for a candidate to obtain minimum marks at 50th in NEET UG – 2022. Provided that respect of –

1. For candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes, the minimum marks shall be at 40th Percentile.

2. For candidates with benchmark disabilities specified under the Right of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2016,) the minimum marks shall be at 45th Percentile in the case of General Category and 40th Percentile in the case of the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes.

Details issued for AIQ counseling –

1. Candidate Registered for Round 1 need not register again. However, candidates who have registered but have not paid the fees will have to register again.

2. Choices filled during the 1st round of preference filling will be null & void. The choice of Round 1 will not be considered under any circumstances.

3. Those candidates who want to participate in the 2nd CAP round for AIQ must fill in new preferences/choices.

4. Candidates who joined CAP Round First and want to retain round – the 1st joined seat should not fill new preference.

5. Fresh set of seats gets added to the system (seats available during round 1), if any, which is due to the latest approvals of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India (increase in admission capacity of existing Ayurveda/Siddha/Unani/Homoeopathy College/ starting of new Ayurveda/Siddha/Unani/ Homoeopathy college). The candidates will be shown all choices (seats available and likely to be available) against vacant, virtual vacancies that are likely to get vacated during up-gradation.

6. The choices of candidates, who have submitted an option for participation in the second round during the reporting period for the first round seat allotment, would be initialized (the choices remaining after allotment, submitted before round 1, will stand canceled), and candidates are required to submit new options online during the time the window is open for the same. Choices filled during the 1st round of choice filling will be null & void.

7. All eligible candidates who desire to participate in the second round of online allotment will have to submit fresh choices during the choice submission period and lock the choices during the locking period.

8. Once the candidates join the second round seat from a minimum 15% All India Quota, they will not be allowed to vacate from the allotted 2nd round seat. However, if they are allotted a seat in the second round in AIQ but have not joined, they can exit without joining the seat to participate in other counseling.

9. In case the candidate is allotted a seat during the second round of the allotment process, the seat allotted during the first round will be automatically canceled immediately (and allotted to somebody else), and the candidate will have to join the college/seat assigned during the second round after obtaining online generated relieving letter from college allotted in Round-1. If a candidate does not join the college/seat allotted during the second round within the stipulated period and candidate not be eligible for further Rounds of counseling either with the existing registration or new registration.

10. If a candidate does not submit fresh choice(s) during the choice submission period before the second round of counseling, such a candidate will retain the already allotted seat if joined. If the candidate is not allotted any seat from the submitted choices during round 2, then also the candidate will retain their earlier allotted and join. If a candidate was not allotted a seat during Round-I and did not fill the choice for round 2, they will not be considered for round 2.

11. Round 1st Joined candidate who has NOT BEEN Upgraded in Round IInd may RESIGN his seat allotted in Round 1st within 3 days (before 21/12/2022) of Round 2nd Result announcement (Availing Free Exit), failing which he will be considered as part of joined candidates for Round IInd and rules will apply accordingly.

12. In case the candidate is allotted a seat during the IInd round of the allotment process, the seat allotted during the 1st round will be automatically canceled immediately (and allotted to somebody else), and the candidate will have to join the college/seat assigned during the second round.

13. Candidates having joined Status at the end of Round IInd of AIQ will not be considered for State Quota Counseling as per the rules mentioned in aaccc.gov.in.

14. Seats vacant after Round 2nd will be surrendered to State Quota. No subsequent round(s) will be conducted for AIQ (15%) in Private Unaided Institute for Under Graduate Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, and Unani Courses.

The following are the rules of admission for AIQ counseling –

1. Seats under All India Quota for Private Unaided Institute will be OPEN. However, relaxation in qualifying criteria may be provided Category wise as per Central Government List.

2. There shall NOT be any requirement for a Domicile Certificate in a particular State/UT or passing of 10+2 in a particular State/UT.

3. Candidates already registered for State Counselling if desirous of admission in All India Quota (AIQ) (15%) Seats of Private Unaided Institute for BAMS/BHMS/ BUMS Courses for Academic Year 2022-23 will have to register again for All India Quota by paying Rs.2000/- Fees.

4. State/UT Counselling Authority will conduct Two (02) Rounds for the All India Quota Private Seats, and vacant seats shall be converted into the State/UT Quota as per the instruction from the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, New Delhi.

5. Other criteria will remain the same as for All India Quota seats as mentioned on AACCC’s official Counselling website: “https://aaccc/gov.in/.”
