Hyderabad: A provisional merit list of applicants for the posts of Civil Assistant Surgeons (CAS) in Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Telangana Vaidya Vidhan Parishad (TVVP) and Institute of Preventive Medicine (IPM) has been recently released by the Medical and Health Services Recruitment Board.
“Medical Health Services Recruitment Board has today disclosed the provisional merit list with all details of applicants who have applied for the posts of (i) Civil Assistant Surgeon (in Director of Public Health and Family Welfare) (ii) Civil Assistant Surgeon General/ General Duty Medical Officer (in Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad) (iii) Civil Assistant Surgeon (in Institute of Preventive Medicine) pursuant to Notification No. 1/2022 dated 15.6.2022,” stated the notice issued on November 9.
Regarding any complaints of the mentioned provisional merit list, MHSRB has asked the applicants to go through their details and submit objections online after logging into their accounts on their website (https://mhsrb.telangana.gov.in).
Objections will be received from 10.30 AM on 10.11.2022 to 5.30 PM on 15.11.2022.
“Objections have to be filed online only in the applicant’s login. Any objection received otherwise will not be considered,” stated the notice.
The following points are emphasised for the benefit of the candidates:
a) Certificates like MBBS marks memo, FMGE marks memo, Community Certificate (SC/ST/BC), Income and Asset certificate (for candidates claiming EWS reservation), SADAREM certificate etc., issued only by competent authorities as per the provisions of the government orders/instructions will be accepted.
b) In respect of applicants claiming reservation under sports quota, it is informed that only certificates issued by competent authorities as per G.O.Ms.No.107 GA (Ser.D) Dept dated 27.7.2018, G.O.Ms.No.5, YAT&C(Sports) Dept dated 14.5.2018, read with G.O.Ms.No.74, YAT&C(Sports) Dept dated 9.8.2012 will be accepted.
c) In respect of applicants claiming reservation under Backward Classes, it is informed that applicants under “creamy layer” are not eligible for reservation. Further, latest “non-creamy layer” certificates issued by competent authority as specified in Govt.Memo.no.3009/BCW/OP/2009 BC Welfare (OP) Dept Dated 18.12.2015 read with G.O.Ms.No.20 BC Welfare (OP) Dept Dated 31.10.2017 will only be accepted.
In June, the MHSRB had notified to fill CAS vacant posts in which 751 CAS posts were in the Directorate of Public Health and Family Welfare (DPHFW), 211 CAS vacant posts in hospitals under TVVP and 7 posts of CAS in IPM.
