Karnataka: Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) released the counselling schedule for UGNEET round 1 for 2022-23.
Detailed schedule –
1. Exercising Choices by the seat allotted candidates – From 1.00 pm on11-11-2022 to 13-11-2022 up to 11.59 pm
2. Payment of fees by choice 1 and choice 2 candidates – 14-11-2022 to 15-11-2022 Banking Hours
3. Deposition of original documents (at KEA, Bangalore in person) along with one set of attested photocopies of all the documents, only for Choice-1 fee paid candidates – 15-11-2022 and 16-11-2022
4. Downloading of Admission order – only by Choice-1, after payment and deposition of original documents – 15-11-2022 and 16-11-2022
5. Last Date for Reporting at the Allotted Medical / Dental College (Choice -1 Candidates Only) with one set of attested photocopies as per verification slip – 17-11-2022

Details issued –
1. The candidates who have been allotted dental seats need not submit the originals at KEA, Bangalore. Still, they must compulsorily submit the original documents at the respective colleges at the time of admission.
2. The candidates who have been allotted Medical seats in Government Medical Colleges need not submit the originals at KEA, Bangalore. Still, they must compulsorily submit the original documents at the respective colleges at the time of admission.
3. The candidates who have been allotted Medical seats under NRI / Others Quota in Private Medical Colleges need not submit the originals at KEA, Bangalore. Still, they must compulsorily submit the original documents at the respective colleges at the time of admission.
4. The candidates who have been allotted Government seats in Private Medical Colleges and Private seats in Private Medical colleges, and if they select Choice-1, then only submit the original documents at KEA, Bangalore, with one set of attested photocopies as per their eligibility.
5. Candidates, who have been allotted Government seats in Private Medical colleges and Private seats in Private Medical colleges and exercised Choice-1, should deposit all the original documents at KEA, Bangalore, with one set of attested photocopies as per their eligibility. (Choice-1 Printout, Verification Acknowledgement slip, Annexure-1, and Annexure -9 (Rural Service Bond) given in UGNEET-2022 Information Bulletin should also be submitted.) Only the candidates are allowed inside the KEA premises to deposit original documents.
6. Candidates, who have been allotted seats in Government Medical or Government Dental Colleges and exercised Choice-1, should submit all the original documents with one set of attested photocopies as per their eligibility at the time of admission at the respective colleges. (Choice-1 Printout, Verification Acknowledgement slip, Annexure-1, and Annexure -9 (Rural Service Bond) given in UGNEET-2022 Information Bulletin should also be submitted.) (ESIC Bond hosted on KEA Website).
7. Candidates who have been allotted NRI / Others seats in private Medical or Dental Colleges and exercised Choice-1 should submit all the original documents as per their eligibility with one set of attested photocopies at the time of admission at the respective colleges. (Choice-1 Printout, Verification Acknowledgement slip, Annexure-1 given in UGNEET-2022 Information Bulletin should also be submitted).
8. Original documents submitted by the candidates will be verified/tallied with the documents uploaded by the candidates. Upon such verification during or after deposition of original relevant documents, If any documents uploaded are not matching with the original documents, the seat will be cancelled at any stage during the study without any further notice, or if it is found that the candidate has produced fake, fraudulent certificates, forged documents, they will be liable for criminal prosecution in accordance with the law, immediate loss of allotted seat without any notice whatsoever, forfeiture of fees paid and levy of penalty as may be decided by the UGET Committee and will be liable to be debarred from all exams / Counseling in future; the authorities may also recommend blocklisting of the Candidate to UGNEET / MCI / DCI / KMC and cancellation of license.

Compulsory Rural Service for one year –
1. All candidates who are admission to Medical course shall undergo one year of compulsory rural service in a Government hospital as per Karnataka Compulsory Service Training by Candidates Completed Medical Courses, Act 2012 as amended in 27/09/2017 and Karnataka Compulsory Service by Candidates Completed Medical courses (Counseling, Allotment and Certification) (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
2. Candidates will be entitled to only temporary registration till completion of such service. They will not be entitled to permanent registration until they complete the same.
3. All the candidates who will be allotted Medical Seats through KEA, both in Government and Private Medical colleges, should compulsorily submit an affidavit to the Principal of the respective college at the time of admission (on a hundred Rupees e-stamp paper signed by the candidate and the parent as per the format hosted on the KEA Website) regarding one-year rural service after completion of the course.
